The partnership's current investment strategy is to accumulate an institutional quality portfolio of self storage facilities in primary U.S. markets. Pegasus acquires assets in trade areas with high population density, low existing self storage supply, and high barriers to entry. Target facilities are typically still in their initial lease-up or have below market in-place rents.
